Evin Owen, a Freelance web designer and developer out of the north end of the greater Seattle area. My web sites are custom built from initial concept, to template, to implementation.
I am well versed in a variety of technologies, currently specializing in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Also experienced in PHP, MySQL; I grew up on C++. What this means is that I have built my foundation in a full-fledged programming language, and apply that knowledge to all of my scripting. The result is fully standards-compliant, well documented code.
